So much agree. Last time that happened it turned out to be a guy in a bro truck who dropped his hat out of the window somehow and decided to spin a 180 in a parking lot full of people to race back and get it. I was stopped at a light just next to the lot and nearly had a heart attack. He definitely got a few shouts and gestures from people but I doubt he even noticed or cared
